Ever noticed how loud and smelly some scooters are? Less expensive scooters often have dirty and inefficient two-stroke gas engines. The EVT 4000e has no tailpipe emissions at all. The EVT 4000e’s motor is directly connected to the rear wheel, making for a clean, quiet and efficient burst of power.

The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles considers the EVT 4000e a “motorized bicycle,” just like gasoline-powered scooters with motors smaller than 50 cc. This means you can drive the EVT 4000e on public roads even if you don’t have a motorcycle license.
